Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had spacious rooms but was very cold with a non-working heater. The noise from other guests was disruptive but the location was vibrant with dining options. The dining experience was plain with limited options.
The hotel offers shockingly huge and nice rooms, great value for the money, and very helpful and friendly housekeeping staff. However, some rooms may look unfinished. The service is top-notch and goes out of its way to please guests. The location is excellent, with a selection of nearby restaurants, bars, and close to the theatre district. The dining experience may not be on par with the overall quality of the hotel.
The hotel offers very spacious and comfortable rooms, although there were some temperature control issues. The service was top-notch with a cool loft feel, and the location was perfect for sightseeing. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown, and there were some concerns about the facilities being below par.
The hotel rooms were huge and well-decorated, offering great space and a convenient location near restaurants. However, the bathroom could have been more accommodating. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist with requests and providing a lovely surprise in the room. The location is incredible, steps away from shops in the vibrant Latin Quarter but could be noisy due to street noise. The dining experience, although aesthetically appealing, lacked variety in breakfast options. Facilities were standard, and the price was reasonable for the value offered.
I am completely spoiled now and won't stay anywhere else in Montreal after experiencing the exceptional rooms with full kitchens and lovely decor. They exceeded all my expectations and were so spacious and quiet. The service was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was ideal for exploring downtown and Old Montreal, close to the metro and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The dining experience, while included in my rate, could have offered a bit more variety. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a few minor areas for improvement.
The hotel rooms were huge and offered tons of space with a hallway, large closet, TV area, and bed. The decor looked a bit bare and needed some color or cushions to brighten up the space. Overall, the rooms were spacious and had a lovely converted factory style decor, providing a really comfortable stay with good facilities.
